Meet Danette.

You can call her Danni (with two N’s). She’s a Diversity Coach, Talent Development Strategist, Life and Wellness Architect, and Systems Thinker and Leader.

Danni’s mission is two fold: to help underrepresented professionals build satisfying careers they love and support teams and organizations in cultivating inclusive workspaces where those same individuals can feel seen, heard, and valued.

Danni is passionate about breaking down barriers for marginalized people because she’s been in their shoes.

She was the first in her family to graduate college and pursue graduate studies. And after a decade of working in compliance, program management, people operations, and education, she successfully transitioned into the tech industry and is now a highly-respected subject matter expert (SME) and seasoned professional with comprehensive industry knowledge.

Now, Danni lifts as she climbs. She merges her lived experience as a Black woman in corporate America with her extensive background in education and DEI to help professionals forge their own path to success and help companies foster more equitable and inclusive work cultures.

    With a stellar track record in steering executive-level budgets, projects, and teams, Nakoa thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, juggling tasks seamlessly. Nakoa is not just skilled at building relationships; she's a master at connecting with executives, board members, clients, and partners.

    Adept in research and data-driven reporting, Nakoa serves as a strong voice and liaison for C-level executives, genuinely representing their interests. Amidst navigating evolving industries and high-pressure situations, Nakoa's strategic decision-making shines. Beyond professional triumphs, Nakoa is also a devoted wife and mother to adorable twin boys.

  • Brand Designer/Manager

    Yohanna combines over 10 years of design and communications experience specializing in brand development, web design, and brand cohesiveness across written and graphic materials.

    Yohanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Florida State University in 2013 and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication, Corporate Communication, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida in 2016.

    She is originally from Rio de Janeiro, BR and currently lives in Orlando, FL with her husband, two beautiful children, and adorable dog.
