SHANAE BROWN is a NYC-based Executive Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator. After nearly a decade in Human Resources, Shanae saw firsthand how Black women often faced the worst workplace experiences in Corporate America, which drove her to take action and change the narrative.

With her leadership development expertise and an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Shanae founded No Cream In This Coffee, a learning and development company focused on creating a better employee experience for Black women and underrepresented talent.

No Cream In This Coffee is dedicated to empowering professionals through leadership & executive coaching, professional development workshops, and community conversations. Shanae works one-on-one with Black women in Corporate and Tech, and partners with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to up-skill their members and help organizations diversify their leadership pipelines.

Shanae’s work has touched leaders across the U.S., U.K., Brazil, and Canada—and she is looking forward to helping more women take up space, navigate leadership roles with confidence and strategy, and drive change within their organizations.
